To sum: don't set a goal, just decide what block of time you are going to set aside to do the thing that you need to do that progresses you towards your destination.
This applies to ANYTHING you want to accomplish. It particularly applies to fitness because that can be a long road.
Don't worry about it. Just pick your time, and put in the time. The rest will take care of itself.
