Very Similar to the Suspended Incline Press, but I find this much harder because in the press, once you find your stability, you just need to worry about the vertical up down movement of the press.
But the handstand walks keep shifting your weight from one arm to another arm. As we all have a dominant side, whenever I'm on my weaker side arm, my legs tend to sway over more forcing my core to fire up to stop it from toppling me over to that side.
Intense on the shoulder girdle specially when walking backwards to the vertical angle.... the wheelbarrow forward walk is easier.
